Unless you count one scene from the Pilot and a name from Fire. Author's note: Um, I made a reference to Amperage's Oklahoma story w/out his/her permission. So, don't be mad. I didn't get it exactly right. When I tried to find the part I was looking for in the story, I couldn't find it. I mean, it is a long-ass story. At this point, he no longer cared. Was he *the* dumbest man on earth or what? Sure? Why not go out on a blind date? What could be worse than it being a complete dog who had no life and only one friend? The one that set you up the date and was no longer your friend. He turned around with two glasses of punch in his hands. Well, let's see. It could be a girl you begged for months to go out with you and then ditch for the opening of a new movie at the adult movie theater and her catching you there sobbing her eyes out with her other man hating friends. That could always be worse. Mulder walked back to Felecia Sine and handed her the punch in his left hand. She snatched it from him and smiled stiffly, briefly. Mulder flinched and offered a small smile. She barely restrained herself from rolling her eyes. They stood quite a bit apart. The music playing tempted neither of them to put any effort to this evening. The friend (now ex to both) swirled around the floor with his girlfriend very happy indeed. Mulder shook his head. Mulder looked at the other people around him. Standard FBI party. Forced tuxedo rentals and smiles. Mulder smiled. You'd never catch * him* taking any shit from a man named Skinner. Deciding to make an effort to at least say more than "hi" to his date, Mulder turned to her and opened his mouth. "Don't say one word or I'm afraid I may have to slap you," she ground out the words and smiled sweetly to a passing acquaintance. "Just because some guy would rather watch multiple people fake orgasms than go out with a bitch like you is no reason to hold a grudge." Apparently, Mulder thought Sine's threat was hollow. He barely got his face out of the way before her hand came sailing around. He ducked behind some people and made it to the nearest exit. Luckily she decided not to pursue him. Mulder smiled.
